Welcome to Module 1 of the Paediatric Occupational Therapy Infants Course: Introduction.

This module provides acknowledgements for those who have contributed to the course. It also provides some introductory content around what is meant by infancy, early intervention and the first six months, and information around what is meant by the occupational therapy role.

There are also general references, which will be useful overall as you complete the course, and in your practice.
