Progress notes

SOAP note documentation is one example of a framework for recording occasions of service. It is considered a reliable way of ensuring comprehensive, objective and consistent recording of observations which can then be used for future treatment planning.  Presenting information in an occupational performance framework is an opportunity for you to promote the occupational therapy role.
