Welcome to Module 15 of the Paediatric Occupational Therapy Infants Course: Documentation.
This module will provide an overview of the documentation requirements for an infant assessment. Knowledge and understanding of the structure and content of infant assessment and intervention will be covered. Important infant practice concepts and examples are also included.

This module aims to provide an understanding of
- the occupational performance framework to outline assessments
- the structure of a clinical progress note
- factors to consider when writing a report
- the design of an effective and successful home program.
