Spontaneous breathing (with the filling of the thigh air tank)
- Bilateral (only) chest rise and fall
- Variable respiratory rate 0-60bpm
- Oxygen saturation and waveform
Manual ventilation (use of bag valve mask)
- Bilateral and unilateral chest rise and fall
Sounds
- Normal and abnormal breath sounds with left and right side control
- 6 anterior auscultation sites
Filling the thigh air tank
- Attach the provided air pump to the Schrader valve located laterally on the posterior of the right thigh.
- Fill the air container using the air pump to 120 psi.
Note: an over pressure release valve is included inside the thigh and will be activated at pressure above 10 Bar (150 psi). This valve has a built in reset mechanism. - Detach air pump from the Schrader valve.
