Learning Sequence
Simulation education activities can encompass a range of program delivery options, including single skills sessions, stand-alone scenarios, full-day courses, and multiple discrete exposures.
The sequence of learning needs to be logical, and should take the learner from:
slide the slider from left to right
A program should be designed with an appropriate sequence to allow flexibility and allow learners to enter or leave at different points depending on their knowledge and experience to maximise educational efficiency.
The learning sequence may repeat methods, and focus on specific skills or knowledge prior to running a scenario that requires the application of all of these.
