Welcome to the Ultrasound Guided Central and Arterial Vascular Access (US-CAVA) course

This blended course covers central venous and arterial cannulation. It is designed to give the learner the prerequisite knowledge and skills required to perform both arterial and central venous access techniques, safely and successfully with the assistance of ultrasound guidance. It will explore the basics of medical ultrasound and how it can be used most effectively to aid the insertion of these vascular access devices.
