- Knowledge and access to relevant Data and Application custodianship reference documents and supporting materials.
Background:
- Queensland Health recognises the importance of data as a key strategic asset which is used for the clinical care of patients, funding, management, planning, monitoring, improvement, research and the evaluation of health and health services.
- Health Informatics Services (HIS) is leading efforts to identify and formally appoint Data and Application custodians and also raise awareness of Data and Application custodianship amongst Queensland Health staff.
